Work for lots of us means lots of meetings. Collaborating with others and their laptops in a room with a speakerphone, a large presentation screen to plug into, maybe a white board, and perhaps some video conferencing capability. Almost always, there are documents, charts, slides, images, live data, and video feeds to share in the meeting, probably by multiple people.
